Stm32cubeide 2.1.1 dont work

Hi,

Im using the IDe but today the software do nothing.

I cant compile the project or create a new project or debug and when i want close the program, the cubeide not respond and ill have close using the task manager.

Yesterday works fine and i dont make changes on my computer.

Any suggestion about what can i do?

I create a new workspace and all works fine again.

I dont know what happen becauso i dont create a new project or files between days.

Which software - do you mean the IDE, or your software that you've written ?

Note that new project creation is now (since v2.0.0) done in CubeMX - not the IDE:

I was using STM32CubeIDE 1.9.1 and dont work. I have updated the STM32CubeIDE to 2.1.1 and the problem is the same.

I cant build the project, i cant clean, i cant close the project, i cant write or delete nothing. I cant do nothing.

I dont know what is happening.

I have unistall the STM32CubeIDE and install again but the problem is the same.

The progress tab is clean, so the IDE is not doing anything.

Thanks about project creation, i dont know about this change.

The problem is related with windows defender. I dont know why but the STM32CubeIDE starts and starts well aparentlly but the IDE dont do well.

The problems continue, when i start the SMT32CubeIDE 1.19.0 and i try to write any character o IDE i get this screen

And the cubeide do nothing. I need to shutdown using the task manager.

Is it a "work" computer - provided by your work or school? If so please ask your IT to help. They could do something to your PC remotely without informing you.

Else, try to disconnect from network/wifi and restart Windows.
