Hello,
Does anyone from ST actually monitor these forums, and will some of these reported problems get fixed in upcoming releases? or is there another forum or ticket process that needs to get started?

ST is more active here than they have ever been in the past, as you can see by the activity. 3/5 people listed here are ST employees.
If you can produce a minimal working example that shows the bug, you will have better results. It is difficult to answer "X doesn't work" problems that cannot be replicated.
You can also start a ticket here, though they will probably also want a (non)working example.

Ok, thanks for the info, I will put a package together tonight and send in a ticket to see if you guys can compile the project.
But a couple of weeks ago, I had a problem with the build analyzer not updating, and if I remember correctly both you and Andrew commented on it... is that going to get resolved or should I open a ticket for that too (as well as other items)?

The build analyzer requires right click on project -> refresh, then a refresh on the build analyzer.
Since it's awkward but working, probably won't be changed, but I don't have any insider info here. Just my thoughts.

To avoid misunderstandings, I would like to clarify the difference between the community and OLS:
The community is a public peer-to-peer forum, where colleagues from STMicroelectronics are occasionally present, but which primarily focusses on mutual help between users worldwide. Reports of possible bugs are taken very seriously and also forwarded to the software teams, but their processing is prioritised according to importance and fixes can therefore take quite a long time.
The Online Support Team OLS, on the other hand, is a personal support team to which you can also send confidential information and rely on it remaining confidential. However, you should also make it as easy as possible for colleagues in the globally distributed OLS to understand the problem, e.g. by minimising software projects, as already mentioned by @TDK.

"minimising software projects"... but there's the problem... it happens only when the project is extremely large.
Anyway I will put an example together and submit it into your ticketing system, and see what comes of it.

Ok, first ticket submitted with entire project. Lets see if anything happens
