Cannot download Cube IDE

With its latest policy to download Cube IDE, I tried to firstly give my email and received a link via email from STM. But the link turned out to be dead (no response at all). Then I registered an account and logged in. This time clicking "Get software" kept me hanging. (a forever loading page before accessing available software.)

Does anybody have any solution on it?

Could be a regional thing. But ST typically provides about 3 methods to get downloads. Request a link via email option.

Avoid VPN and proxies, setting / plug-ins blocking cookies, etc.

All of a sudden it worked. I went to the bottom of STM website and selected "manage cookies", made sure everything "active" then saved settings. After that I clicked the link in the email and the download started after a few seconds, though still no webpage was shown with the URL.
