What is ST's advice for STM32F103?

Do u advise customer away from the STM32F103? Is it already obsolete? That is like the old workhorse for many designs.

No, no need to go away from the STM32F103. It is still under minimum next 10years longevity commitment. Anyway for new designs, it would be wise to check newer devices, such as STM32H5, STM32L4, U5, G4, G0, depending the application needs.

It's a very stale design, over 15 years.

If it works for you, keep doing you.. but subsequent designs did a lot of things better.

I'd advise customers to open their eyes and look at alternatives
