Create new project in MX with STM32MP13

I have STM32CubeMX Version 6.10, STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.14.1

with installed BSP STM32Cube_FW_MP13_V1.0.0

When I create new bare project starting from evalboard STM32MP135F-DK as bare metal project

then select NETXDUO, THREADX in Middleware and Software Packs...

but settings related to NETXDUO is grayed

The project can be compiled... but  generated code did not have included libraries to use THREADX and NETXDUO (compared to examples from BSP Applications projects)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions... how to generate correctly project with Middlewares

Have you enabled THREADX as below, it should be enabled before NETXDUO.
