Why STM32 Cube MX is not available for download?

For the past three days, I've encountered an issue. Whenever I attempt to download from the website, a message appears stating, 'This software is not available for download.' Even when testing it on my friend's PC, the same issue persists. I'm unable to download STM32 Cube MX from the website. Is this limited to certain regions? I reside in Pakistan (Asia). Please provide an update on this matter and kindly resolve this issue.

If you suspect regional issues test using a VPN connection.

VPN worked. Why not working in Pakistan?
