Maybe you could have been added more details on your question.
Here is the values for overall STM32MP15x family :
- 16.9 FITs
- MTBF @ Tj=25°C: 81739 Years
- MTBF @ Tj=55°C: 6754 Years
- MTBF @ Tj=85°C: 847 Years
These number are limited by the sample size, it is not a failure distribution screened by our tests (0 FAIL in our 2 years rolling HTOL monitoring tests).
We can estimate that the intrinsic quality level is much better.
Enlarging the calculation to the whole ST product range using same technology, we have:
- EFR (Early Failure Rate) <50 PPM (with 0 FAIL also limited by the sample size)
- <4.40 FITs
