How motivated are you to make it work?
I'd imagine it "could" be done, but you'd likely need to own the entirety of the task, along with paying whatever contractors and mercenaries who still want to touch that stuff..
Wouldn't it be easier to migrate to Linux, and find some emulation of whatever API you need for whatever legacy app you're trying to drag into 2022?
