Is there a recommended minimum SMT package size and power rating for resistor R4 (8R2) please?

R4 is only connected to GND by Q1 for a very short time, defined by the monoflop U1 with R3/C3, so that the heating of R4 is almost negligible depending on its dimensioning. With the approx. 0.4ms (100k, 5.6nF) from AN5861, a resistor size of 0805 is certainly sufficient.

Hope that helps?
