What values of pull-up resistors should be used for the BOOT0 and BOOT1 pins in the STM32WB30CE MCU? They are not mentioned in the datasheet for the MCU.

10 kOhm is typical, but the pin is floating internally so values far higher than this will work as well without drawing additional current.

If working in a high temperature environment, leckage current increase substantial and the 10 kOhm might need reconsideration.

How high are we talking about?

What values would you suggest?

To be one the safe side, look at the max. values in the appropriate datasheet.

10 kOhm.

How would high temperature cause increased leakage on the BOOT0 pin in this scenario?

That's the issue, they are not mentioned in the datasheet for this MCU

Okay, I have seen that 100Kohm is also used in some MCU, so will there be any difference when using 10K or 100K?
