STM32WB15 cannot connect stlink v2

I encounter the following error when connecting STM32WB15 to ST-Link V2.

Error: No STM32 target found! If your product embeds Debug Authentication, please perform a discovery using Debug Authentication

only VDD,GND, and SWIO and SWCLK pins connected..

package is ..UFQFPN48

what is problem..?

i solved this problem... Proble is SW Fequency... Low frequency is working..

  • Is this a custom board?
  • Are you using STM32CubeProgrammer? Does it output the target voltage? Is that voltage as expected?
  • Are you using a genuine programmer? Link to it.

Have you tried adding Reset?

yes customboard. i use stm32cubeprogrammer. output voltage 3.3v. original stlink v2 use.. 

Perhaps a schematic error. Perhaps a hardware error.
