I'm busy with the "Discovery kit for LoRaWAN ™, Sigfox ™, and LPWAN protocols"

I have several questions:

1. I can't find any documentation on the Middelwares RTOS used. Is it something known? Can we find documentation?
2. How to add a "HW_RTC_SetAlarm", if I want that there are sendings scheduled every 30min, I suppose that I have to add it in "void SCH_Idle (void)" before "LPM_EnterLowPower ();" but I cannot find any example.
