Is it possible to measure one component on a development board?

Hello Everyone,

Currently, I am working with the board Nucleo-WL55JC1. I wonder if it is possible to isolate and measure either current or voltage of a component (RF or a peripheral for example) on my development board?. My main goal is to seperately measure power consumption of a component on my board.

Hope to see your help.

Thank you, Huy Nguyen.

Would suggest dissecting the schematic to understand the parts/nets

There look to be a lot of solder bridges allowing you to measure currents on different supplies

Tips, Buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal Venmo
Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Indeed, by seeing the schematic as well as the datasheet, there are some solder bridges that are used for measuring components individually.

Thank you,
