How to running a FUS when using UART

Hi, I am using a STM32WB15 board for BLE applications. I understand I need to download the correct FUS before I can ask the board for running any programme. However, I find when using UART to connect the board I cannot running the FUS as well as wireless stack after they are downloaded. I tried set boot0 from 1 to 0 it seems not work. Do anyone know how could I make sure the FUS running when UART connection is used (unfortunately my board is not reserve other links e.g. J-Tag or SWD).

For FUS upgrade throw USART, you have to follow the instruction provided on the AN5185.
