Can not flash the STM32WB55CGU6 on custom board.

I have designed a custom developer board based on STM32WB55CGU6. I have both JTAG and SWD pins on the board. None of them works when I try to connect the board to the STLINK v3MINIE. Except any hardware issues, what else do you suggest for the very first-time flash for a new MCU.

I found the problem myself. the stlink v3minie has a vcc pin. it needs to be connect with the vcc of target board.
