Hi
I just bought a B-L4S5I-IOT01A Discovery kit.
Confession: I am completely new to ST, and I reckon I have a mountain of learning to do in a short time.
However, I just read the blurb on the back of the kit and it essentially says:
1. Verify the jumpers are in the correct position
2. Connect to USB
3. Open terminal and enter Wi-Fi details
4. The loaded demo app will then connect to the Wi-Fi and the demo app will start an HTTP server.
Well, I did steps 1, 2 and 3 and waited. But every time I try, I get the following:
ERROR : es-wifi module NOT connected
The complete output is output was as follows:
Running HTML Server test
eS-WiFi Initialized.
eS-WiFi module MAC Address : **:**:**:**:**:**
Already configured SSID: *** (WiFi) security: 2
Press board User button (blue) within 5 seconds if you want to change the configuration.
Connecting to ****** (WiFi)
ERROR : es-wifi module NOT connected

Check the board sticker and compare the board version with the ones decribed in the board user manual.
Sometime the wifi module may need to be reprogrammed?

Hello
Are you using an iPhone as a WiFi access point ? recent versions of iOS offer WiFi hotspot with only WPA3 for authentication . B-L4S5I-IOT01A only supports WPA2. You should try with another WiFi access point (WiFi router).
