TouchGFX 4.17.0 ,"you are not connected to internet" error is showing

Hi,

when TouchGFX 4.17.0 is opened I'm getting an error stating no internet connectivity even though my laptop is connected to internet . also in the selection of boards I'm not getting any board option .

The server is not down at the moment. Could you try to open an internet browser and re open TouchGFX Designer again ?

Unfortunately not. Could you try using TouchGFX Designer 4.16.1 ? I suppose you are using a proxy server ? When you open TouchGFX 4.16.1 do you get a pop up message at startup asking for id/password?

Yes, with version 4.16.1 a popup message appears for proxy login and internet connection then works successfully.

Unfortunately, in version 4.16.1 I cannot find an example configured for STM32H735G-DK evaluation board like in version 4.17.0.

Is such an example also available for 4.16.1?

Ok so it is a big issue that will be fixed. In the meantime I will share the tpa for the STM32H735G-DK. You need to unzip it and add it to your C:\TouchGFX\4.17.0\app\packages folder and then open TouchGFX Designer again. Like you said this TBS is not available in TouchGFX 4.16.1

can you please also provide the tpa-file for STM32G071-NUCLEO-DEMO with 240x320 LCD?

I tried to copy the file from TouchGFX Designer 4.16.1 to 4.17.0, but STM32G071-NUCLEO-DEMO is not shown in the boards list under "create new".

If it is the demo you are looking for and not the TBS for the STM32G071-nucleo board, then it should be under the "Board Specific Demo" tab in the "Demos" section. But I guess you will face the same issue downloading it. I'll try to find it :thumbs_up:.
