problem with emwin

i use stm32h743 and i use emwin functions ,but the functions of GUI not working i asked segger and they said maybe we need to update my version

my version is: GUI_VERSION 54401

do you have newer version ?

hi, i downloaded this version but the problem

is still here i tried to compile the function GUI_LoadCSVEX() and i didnt success i got hard fault

this is the hard fault:

[__aeabi_memcpy4 + 0x5]

[_GetData2 + 0x25]

[_GetCharBuffered.constprop.1 + ox41 ]

do you have any solution for me?
