I wonder if anyone was aable to port lvgl to stm32 mcu (preferably stm32f429ig).

Have you read the manual which comes with LVGL? https://docs.lvgl.io/v7/en/html/get-started/quick-overview.html#add-lvgl-into-your-project
The author appears to be available for consultation, if you budget can afford it.
