I want to store this to external SDRAM. Is it possible?
And I put this code to STM32H743ZITX_FLASH.Id

Hello,
In which memory section your framebuffers are stored? Can you show us in your linker script?

@Osman SOYKURT What do you mean about memory sections? Do you talking about SDRAM banks? And if I correctly understand I do not need to write where to place framebuffer in linker script, all work do this line for me :My framebuffers are stored in external QSPI memory.

There's a conflict here then.
You set your first framebuffer address to 0xC0000000 but your sdram_section for your frontendHeap also uses this address. Meaning that the first 170,37 KB that your FrontendHeap uses from 0xC0000000 to 0xC0180000. That's why you need to define a place for your framebuffer somewhere else:
setFrameBufferStartAddresses((void*)0xC0180000, (void*)secondFramebufferStartAddress, (void*)0);
The setFrameBufferStartAddresses() in TouchGFXHAL.cpp overwrites your configuration done in STM32CubeMX (code generated in setFrameBufferStartAddresses in TouchGFXGeneratedHAL.cpp).

You are right, I set address as you said but the problem are the same.
2023-02-13 01:35 AM
@Osman SOYKURT I set framebuffer like this:
Change address here also :
And allocate 4MB for frontendheap:
And tablet start but after one second go to hardfault
2023-02-13 01:51 AM
Ok, so you're placing your framebuffers at 0xC0400000 and 0xC0600000 which is fine. These addresses are dedicated in your SDRAM. So, you need to define in your linker script that your framebuffers are in your SDRAM :
TouchGFX_Framebuffer (NOLOAD) : { *(TouchGFX_Framebuffer) } >SDRAM

Hello heyo,
Did you try to debug it ? In which function it goes before crash ?
/Osman

Hi @Osman SOYKURT ,
I've tried to debug and find out that it crashes at invalidate(); function. Invalidate function is in handleTickEvent() and it calls every tick and at third tick it crashes.
