Download of STM32H7B3I DK failed in TouchGFX version 4.21.1

Could you try to download that zip folder.

Then copy it inside the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-4.21.1\Downloads\STM32H7B3I-DK\3.0.12 folder and replace its extension with ".tpa".

Then open TouchGFXDesigner again and let me know if it works.

But still weird that it doesn't work with TouchGFX.

I'd recommend you to uninstall and reinstall TouchGFX and try to download it from there.
