Hello,
From the documents, I can see that there's CN20 connector for RGB LCD. I'm wondering if I can use a RGB LCD.
Thanks!

You'd probably want to go over the schematic and manual. Check very carefully the solder bridge and resistor optioning.
The early H743-EVAL I have has an parallel LCD cable and a DSI header (ST's Mictor thing).
The board had different LED mappings to accommodate the DSI, but the peripheral wasn't properly functional.
This is one of those questions you might want to chat with your local FAE (support engineer) about

Thanks! I'm not selecting your answer as best yet in case ST folks can really confirm.

That's Ok, I'm not desperate for it to be marked so the Salesforce search engine can work properly..

I just ordered the STM32H757I-EVAL. We'll use it with a RGB LCD. When I have the result (we haven't even chosen a screen yet), I'll update the post.
