Where can I find informations about FIT on STM32 H7 series ?

Hello,

I read the numerous document on STM32H7 series especially the safety manual but there is no information on FIT. Some paragraph talk about FMEDA snapshot but I can't find any document.

Do you have technical note about FIT during application ?
