When the external 5V power of the STM32H735g-dk board is supplied, intermittently, the initial reset does not work normally.
Downloading the latest version of CubeIDE and CubeProgrammer does not solve the problem.
If the initial reset is not possible, the reset terminal level is low.
The expectation is that the emulator of the discovery board is holding the reset.
Is there any solution other than stopping the reset?
