what will happen when rtc overflow, stop running or reset the counter register?

hi all, when rtc overflow? this will happen in my use env. does the rtc counter auto reset to zero or stop count?

I doubt this is specified in the manual, but I also don't it would stop - stopping needs additional logic and there was no reason to spend silicon area on that. So I believe it resets and keeps running. Day of week won't match, but I doubt that would matter to you.

But why don't you simply test?
