Hello im new to embedded design in general and have a simple question for the vref pins on my stm should i directly wire vref- to ground and vref plus to my 3.3v supply or is there another way this is done😀?

As a start, you can take a look at the CAD ressource of the STM32 Boards to have an idea on the pins wiring.
All the boards CAD ressources are available on the ST website.

Thank you for your help i will look at some reference shematics and i will try to read more in depth my mcus datasheet
