VCP driver issue for Windows 7. can recognize in Windows 10

Hello all.

Windows 10 can well recognize my STM32L1 device (custom PCB) as 'USB Serial device' but same isn't recognizing in Windows 7 (another PC). I've tried both VCP driver 1.3 and 1.4 in windows 7. Do I need to change any configuration anywhere to make it run in Windows 7. I've used USB_FS_4.0 library in this project.

Do you get an error message ?

If you can test and check this issue with another Pc (Windows 7), in order to deduce if the problem here seems related to the hardware or software environment.
