USART 3 Problem

Hi ;

I am working on STM32F107VCT6 C-Eval Board and i can work with  usart3 ( smartcard interface)But when i transport this project to STM32 E-Eval ( STM32F103VGT6) byte receive function doesn't work but all the other peripherals are working .What can we do ? Where's the problem Can you help me about me ?

Hard to say without seeing how you have things coded/wired. The SmartCard is a single pin (RX/TX) interface, right? You should probably review the differences between the Connectivity series parts, and the part you are now using as they have different feature sets.
