The driver is not getting installed in windows 10. The device driver installation wizard says it was unable to find any drivers designed for my machine. I am using Windows 10 version 1903.

Well, can't be 10% sure what is wrong, I will say that Windows 7 functions fine. One thing to note, your system has to be 64bit machine - I'm sure it is to run Windows 10. I loaded the Nucleo drivers on my computer with no problem. The next question is, what brand computer do you have. I only use IBM / Lenovo ThinkPad or ASUS.
I have a Windows 10 HP but never ran ST software. That machine only has 4GB of DRAM, I prefer 8GB. Take a look at your system. When I sit in the Hands-On-Labs there is always about thirty students and I don't see anyone having this problem.

Works fine for me. What driver are you installing? ST-Link? Go to the website and download it manually.
