I just tried (in Deutschland :) ) to download Linux version :

after license agree and login to STM :

So just look: any popup screen blocker or firewall settings at your side might block the download...check.

Interestingly, I was today in "Weil am Rhein" at the boundary with Switzerland but on german side and it worked. Now back here in Switzerland....do not work. So there must be something...

In one week... you could cross the border several times. 

So what is your computer? a company laptop (with some "security"/"compliance" junk installed) ? Stationary PC in a school or library? Which OS, browser? This may be a server problem or not, but many users in various places do not see this problem.

I used several labtop. My company labtop which has a lot of security installed (Windows). 

I used my private labtop with linux. I have no security or anti virus in there.

Im a consultant and tried ad well the stationary PC at my customer's place. 

All three with same results. Two collegues of me got the same "no download is available".

I tried several browser ( edge, brave, firefox). Anyway, i could download the motor worbench and stm32 cube in Germany. I should be able to dispatch it among collegue and we will be able to work.
