Would it be possible to omit the ''Press any key to continue...'' pause at the end of device programming?

Also, would it be possible for the program to return meaningful status information to the operating system regarding success or failure? No matter what happens, my make file reports an error returned from this utility. Just return 0 for success or meaningful & documented codes for errors.

A ''verbosity'' option would also be nice. Once everything is up and running, I only want to see output from this program when there is a problem.
