Hello,
1- As said by my colleague and unfortunately there is no OTP on STM32H755 and other STM32H75x/H74x devices. And unfortunately there is no solution/workaround for the moment.
2- "In the security section, I have seen "active tamper". How does it work?".

Thank you

Hello @Muthukrishnan and welcome to the ST Community
According to the DS12919, there is not an OTP memory on the STM32H755xl.
Best Regards.

Hi @STTwo-32 , thanks for the quick response. We were using STM32H7B3xI where it supports OTP and we were storing some secret information there. Now we are upgrading to STM32H755xl and Im surprised this is missing here.
Please help me to understand is there any equivalent features like OTP (One time write/Read only) in STM32H755xl? In the security section, I have seen "active tamper". How does it work?
