Hi,
I am using STM32H753XIH6 in a new design. The PCB is already manufactured, ready for the assembly.
The issue is that I mistakenly designated the pins F1, F2 and G2 as NC in my schematic library model, but realized that the datasheet says they should be tied to VSS (*future readers should refer to the note at the bottom of this message for more precise explanation.)
My question is, what would be the effect of leaving the pins F1, F2 and G2 floating?
I will consider some post-manufacturing rework ideas with the assembly service company, but in case we cannot come up with a good solution, it is best to know how the part would behave (work, do not work, work unexpectedly, work with lower speed or higher power consumption, etc) if it is powered up while those pins are left floating.
* F1: This ball should not remain floating. It can be connected to VSS or VDD. It is reserved for future use
F2 and G2: This ball should be connected to VSS

Hello @jd2 ,
After checking internally: the behavior of the product is not guaranteed if F1, F2 and G2 are not connected.
