STM32H7 Series, Do they meet automotive requirement? like AEC-Q100 and ISO specs?

Simple answer: currently, not a single device in the STM32 family meets the AEC-Q specs, nor does the STM32H7.
For this ST provides specific microcontrollers like the SPC5 family.

Thanks. We are looking for a low end solution for automobile platform. MCU + low end multimedia decoder capability (something like STM327H series) , any recommendation?

Well, the question is how you define "low end". When it comes to microcontrollers, it usually means something like the STM8AF series, which are 8bit workhorses without any multimedia decoder capabilities.
So sorry, there is currently no recommendation for your requirements at the AEC-Q approved microcontrollers.
