STM32F4 output compare toggle - how to set initial state

Hello !

I am struggling to set the initial state from which the toggle mode of output compare (STM32F405, TIM1) starts. I tried to set OCM1 mode to '101 : force active level', '100 : force inactive level' respectively, first and then change to '011 : toggle' afterwards. But this has not the effect intended. For this reason my question: how could the intital state of the toggle mode be set? I very appreciate any help on this issue - many thanks in advance.

Thanks for the request for clarification - I double checked the behaviour and figured out that it is indeed as expected, i.e. the inital state can be set via ''force level'' settings. Please apologize the wrong statement in the original post.
