Hi everyone,
as I just found [DEAD LINK /public/STe2ecommunities/mcu/Lists/cortex_mx_stm32/Flat.aspx?RootFolder=/public/STe2ecommunities/mcu/Lists/cortex_mx_stm32/STM32L476%20USB%20Termination&FolderCTID=0x01200200770978C69A1141439FE559EB459D7580009C4E14902C3CDE46A77F0FFD06506F5B¤tviews=119]here that the internal USB PHY contains the required 22R series resistors, I was wondering, whether that's generally the case for the STM32 family? The reason I'm asking is that I couldn't find any such notes in the STM32F205 datasheet. In there, the USB electrical characteristics only give numbers on pullup and pulldown values, which I assume are there to replace the external ones (15K for host, 1K5 for slave mode)? I'm referring to Table 57. USB OTG FS DC electrical characteristics in the STM32F205 Datasheet.2016-10-31 03:27 AM
Hi Valentin,
There is no need to add external resistors for USB lines in STM32F205 devices (like L4).-Mayla-To give better visibility on the answered topics, please click on Accept as Solution on the reply which solved your issue or answered your question.
