Hi 

Is there an example code or library for the stm32f10x that does AES128 encryption\decryption with CBC cipher mode.

ST has a library available to customers in non-embargoed countries, requiring NDAs, licensing, and export control. It would be more efficient just to search for some general C or assembler solutions posted to the web, and compile those.
