STM32F10C-Eval ethernet connector

Hi,

I connected the ethernet port of the STM32F10C-Eval to my pc using an ethernet cable. But the led of the ethernet port is not blinking which means that the connection is not detected. I have changed the cable but nothing is happening. What  could be wrong? Thank you.
