STM32F103C8T6 run after core reset only

hi,

STM32F103C8T6 Minimum Board after system reset NRST or power reset not run(blink LED). After core reset in ST-Link utility window MCU runs to next hardware button reset.

Can any help me please

How's the BOOT0 pin configured?

Perhaps you can explain your hardware and software in a more comprehensive manner, not much to work with here..

This hardware is like dil40pin device

widely available

eg

on eBay

. Both pins BOOT0 and BOOT1 is connect over 100k resistor to center pin of jumpers other sides to VDD and GND. Position of this jumpers has no effect on described problem. I tried all oscillator modes without effect resp. board always run only after core reset from st-link utility. hmm
