Posted on May 17, 2011 at 13:31Has anyone been able to make STM32 comStick and IAR tools work together? I have tried both Hitex and my local IAR office.

Attempts to install on my 64-bit Win7 were met with words to the effect of “we do not support 64-bit operating systems.�

Interface with IAR
My local IAR office is working with me to resolve this. Although I am not yet a paying customer they have suggested that I use OpenOCD and gdbserver. The only ST .cfg file was for an STR9 (ARM9) file. Neither that not the stm32.cfg on my OpenOCD directory worked.
They are looking into this.
Does anybody here know the magic words, potations or more generally how appease the cyber gods so I can get this to work.
