STM CubeMX F103 RTC settings problem

Hi,

In STMCubeMX for stm32F103CBT6, i can not set the time of RTC more than 12 !!! it shows:

'Hours

Hours must be between 1 and 12.

Diagnostic:

Hour Format is 12H '

but in the Alaram value field, it can be 0-23 !!! :

'Hours

Hours_A must be between 0 and 23.'

Why i can't set the RTC houre in 24Hours format ?!

is it only in 12hours format ?! How to find if it's AM or PM ?!!! will it alarm twice a day if i set it on 10 i.e ? (once 10AM and once 10PM ?) how about if i set alarm hour on 15 i.e ?! ....

seems there is a problem here ...
