Hi,

I don't want to migrate from the standard peripheral library to the STM32cube hal library platform. So I would like to know if will be possible to use the standard peripheral library for newer STM32 chips like the STM32F446.

Ari.

Hi Ari,

STM32F446 belongs to the family STM32F4.

So it will be supported on the STM32F4 standard peripheral library. Keep an eye on http://www.st.com/web/en/catalog/tools/PF257901 waiting for the release 1.5.0.

However, for new families (like STM32F7) only Cube package will be available.
