SSD1963 with STM32 MCU display and touch issue, seeking help!

Dear all, the problem has been described in the enclosed video, please watch and advise. Since shooting the video, I have flashed the software three times and no change. I suspect, software is fine as many users are already using this board and same display. I have also tested the same SSD1963 display with another same board, the display works fine. This means that SSD1963 has no issues.

I suspect one or more of the signal lines from the STM32 MCU board to the SSD1963 display could be dodgy or some parameters in the software does not match with the articular display board but I do not have the tools or mechnism to investigate any further but if you do or you came across this issue, appreciate if you could advise. Thank you.

Hello @VK2SID

It could be something related to the touch screen calibration. Need to enter to the touch calibration menue and calibrate your screen.
