Refresh IWDG before initializing it , result in Flash PGSERR

I looked at reference manual and didn't see what was causing this.

Thanks, I've found out why. Before initalize IWDG, hiwdg point to NULL. When i refresh IWDG with hiwdg, the problem comes.
