Installed STM32CubeMX-4.22.1. I create the first project (on STM32L452CE) and I can not download from the site stm32cube_fw_l4_v190.zip. Can tell me where to download stm32cube_fw_l4_v180.zip?@

Hello,

Try to 

install the STM32CubeL4 v1.9.0 firmware package from STM32CubeMx (Help -> Install New Libraries')

Otherwise, I will send you the .zip package.

May be you should d

elete the cookies, un-install thelibrary file, then try again the install.

Otherwise, Here is the needed package from this
