STM32F103RET6 bootloader question

From AN2606, to make STM32F103RET6 going into the bootloader mode, I need to pie BOOT0 pin to VDD and BOOT1 pin to GND.  Is there way I can make the chip go into bootloader mode with BOOT0 pin tied to ground?  I am using IAR sytems to develop firmware.
