This seems like an encoding issue. Converting the file encoding might help you. Funnily enough, and because the file fits within Latin-1, you would be able to do that using Notepad++ by selecting the ANSI encoding and then saving the file:

I had the same problem, the problem is not related to Atollic itself, we need to diable utf8 for worlwide language in Windows
