On stm32h753 eval board, which uart is connected to ST-LINK version 3?

I would like to be able to write debugging messages to a serial terminal. Is there sample code that does this? Is there something I need to know about setting up clocks that is special for ST-LINK v3? How does one know which uart is connected to ST-LINK? Is it on pin PF9?

No

And the PG9/PG14 connections are on the ST-LINK IC, not the H753

That would be EVAL2 (MB1246 RevE) board, there should be jumpers to allow selection between RS232 connector or the ST-LINK, on USART1

JP7 / JP8

PB14 / PB15
