I am using STM32s NUCLEO-H755ZIQ board , while debugging through eclipse IDE for the M7 core the board's MCU went under low power state and LD6 which is over current led (red) is turned on.
When I am connecting the board with the STM32CubeProgrammer the board is gettting detected but ST-Link is failing to flash the board.
Please help me with this problem as same thing has happend with the another NUCLEO-H755ZIQ board.
Both the boards are having same problem

Most probably that regulator was broken:
Check if you have 5V on R25 or C40 pads. If you get that voltage, this means (unfortunately) the regulator is broken. Need to have another board.

I got 0.98V on R25 and C40 pads

1- Are you sure you don't have 5V on the JP2?
2 - LD5 is normally lit?
3 - Check the voltage on 5V_USB_STLK: the pad of the capacitor C1:
4 - LD6 is normally lit?

Yes i am sure that i don't have 5V on JP2
LD5 is very -very dim
Voltage at C1 is 1V

What about the voltage level on 5V_USB_CHRG (check R2 pad)?
LD6 is lit?:

Yes this is lit

If LD6 is lit: you have an overcurrent on the board.
If you remove JP2:
LD6 still lit?

When I remove JP2 LD6 is not lit
