What do you mean by that?
"as soon i enabled the HSI i got the following error"
Do you mean
- in the same code, as soon as it reaches the point of enabling HSI?
- you changed the code?
- other?
"Target no device found Reason: No device found on target."
Have you checked connections, power supplies, etc?
Did you change the code to go into a sleep mode, and/or disable the debug pins?
